Through its global network, IIEC partners with both public and private sectors, NGOs, community groups, universities and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate energy-efficiency policies, programs, and projects. IIEC works with governments and the private sector to develop, implement, and evaluate energy efficiency policies, programs, and projects.
